Thymeless Passion

Ingredients

1 nitro can Mockscow Mule, 1 passion fruit squeezed, 2 sprigs of fresh thyme (+ 1 for garnish), a slice of fresh ginger root & ice

Equipment

Shaker, muddler, Hawthorne strainer

Method

1. Add passion fruit, sprigs of thyme & fresh ginger & muddle well
2. Add ice (Fill 1/3 of the shaker)
3. Add full nitro can of Mockscow Mule
4. Close shaker and shake vigorously (approx. 5 to 8s)
5. Add fresh ice to tall glass
6. Strain contents into the glass
7. Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme
